- What logos are available on the clothing?
The logos vary based on the item and embellishment type. The designs available are on the DOC Logo Options PDF document.
- When will I receive my order?
Order lead time will depend on the shipping requested. Individually shipped orders should be received within 30 days; bulk shipped items are generally shipped on the 20th of the month for the prior month's orders.
- I changed my mind, or my item doesn't fit; can I return my order?
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, and any replacements will be for exact same size and color of the item.
- Can I be billed for my order / pay by check?
No, all orders must be paid via MasterCard or Visa.
- When will my Credit Card be charged for an order?
IPI will charge the full amount of your order upon order placement.
- Can I have my order shipped to my home / personal address?
No, orders will be delivered to institution / district offices only.
- An item was received defective (hole, tear, missing button, etc). How do I get it replaced?

- Will my items all arrive together?
Engraved items (drinkware) and apparel items will be delivered separately as they are produced in different locations. While we'll make every effort to ship all clothing items at once, if items are backordered, we may ship items as they are completed.
- How much of the purchases go back to the institutions / districts?
The exact dollar amount varies by item, but on most items, $5 is returned.
- How do I find out the status of my order?
With the large volume of orders being received, we are not always able to determine an exact delivery date. Please contact Michele Anderson, michele.anderson@iowa.gov, with your order number.
